After purchasing the console, register it through My MinMax using your purchase information and product SKU. Once the registration has been reviewed and approved, you’ll be able to view your warranty coverage, access dedicated support and submit an eligible warranty claim.

Extended Warranty Available

This product is eligible for an optional Extended Warranty Add-On that provides 12 additional months of MinMax warranty coverage. Extended protection is sold separately and is subject to product eligibility, registration and the applicable warranty terms.

Warranty coverage is provided by MinMax Brands and is separate from any warranty that may be offered by Sony Interactive Entertainment or another third party.
